Why we care so much about clients satisfaction?

One of our main purposes is to have our clients satisfied with their Café products. If you purchase a product from Café and are unhappy with it for any reason, please let us know by mail and we will try our best to solve this issue. You will be probably ask you a few questions as your feedback is very important to us and is used to help us improving our products, hope you do not mind.

What does “Lifetime Guarantee” means?

The lifetime guarantee specifically refers to the time at which, through normal use, the product can no longer function in its intended purpose.

What doesn’t cover?

Our guarantee does not cover general wear and damage caused by accident or by using the item for other than its intended purpose. This includes animal damage, damage caused by mishandling via airline or third party shipping companies, extreme wear and third-party alterations made to the item. Likewise, fluctuating fit, abuse of product, and disregard for the product care instructions are not covered. Our guarantee applies to all Café Leather Supply items purchased by authorized retailers. Please note every item is subject to an evaluation by our Returns Team.

What is considered “General Wear”?

General wear is the natural breakdown of materials over a long period of normal usage. This isn’t a failure of materials or workmanship; it is simply the natural course of any well-built product. If a Café product has served you well but is showing a lifetime of normal use, we hope you’ll consider buying a replacement to last another lifetime.

What if I receive a damage, defective or incorrect product?

Please contact Customer Service as soon as possible at info@cafeleathersupply.com including the order number and product style. We will come back promptly.

Will you repair my goods or replace them?

We know that this kind of products use to ge sentimental value over the pass of the time. That is why we offer the possibility of repairing your products instead of replacing it.

Please let us know if your product has sentimental value and we will honor your wishes and repair it to the best of our artisans ability, if a repair is possible. Based on the amount of labor involved, some repairs may incur a charge. You will be notified if this is the case prior to any work being done on your item. If your damaged product requires replacement, please be advised we cannot also return your original product to you.

How can I pay?

You can pay your orders by credit or debit card(VISA, MasterCard, American Express…) and also via your PayPal account.

Is it safe to order online?

We do know that buying online make us feel a little less confidence than fisicaly buying on a street shop, but believe us, days have change a lot.

We have tried to make our website as simple and secure as possible, using the latest encryption methods to ensure that your card details stay safe as you shop. We use industry-standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to allow for the encryption of potentially sensitive information such as your name, address and other critically sensitive information like your credit card details.

Shipping and delivery

Standard shipping hours are Monday – Friday, 9 am – 7pm GMT+1.

You will receive an e-mail containing your tracking number as soon as the label is printed for dispatch. This information may take some time to be available.

Once your order has shipped from Café, status will be available at carrier website. We are happy to help but the information we have is the same as provided by carrier tracking.

Café Leather Supply will not be responsible for any items damaged or lost during transit. Any claims should be filed with the respective carrier.

Café ships worldwide & offers FREE SHIPPING in Europe.

Please note that shipments outside Europe may be subject to import charges, which are the responsibility of the purchaser.

How much is the shipping cost?

Within Europe: FREE DELIVERY or Express delivery with aditional cost.

International: 30€ SHIPPING FEE.

Can I choose a different address than home?

You are able to specify an alternate address for delivery. You can even differentiate the delivery address from the bill address.

What shipping methods do you use?

We primarily use UPS, DHL, MRW and CORREOS but sometimes could be different.

How long will my delivery take?

For Spain, please note that products should take in between 2-4 days.

For European deliveries, we aim to have your order with you within a maximum of 5-10 working days from the date of dispatch. Express delivery in Europe 1-2 working days.

For non EU deliveries, we aim to have your order with you within 3-10 working days from the date of dispatch.

Please note that shipments outside Europe may be subject to import charges, which are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Returns Policy & Exchanges

Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

Goods must be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery confirmation date.

Returned goods must be in like new condition, not used.

All returns / exchanges should be insured to avoid damage or loss during transit.

Your return will be processed as soon as it is received. Please allow 3 – 7 days for this to reflect in your account.

To exchange an item purchased at our website you should first contact our team for assistance.

How do I proceed with my return?

If you would like to return any product purchased on our website, you should always contact first our team at info@cafeleathersupply.com. They will let you know the following stops.

Items purchased from CAFÉ website cannot be exchanged or returned at stores selling CAFÉ.

If you originally purchased through one of our authorized retailers, you may return it to the same shop you bought it and they will contact us so we can come back to you shortly.

What are the return cost?
